Field guide No. 706
Reversed balconies at blue hour
Outdoor space, kept indoors.
At blue hour a weathered concrete block of flats shows rows of balconies that curve inwards, scooped into the facade instead of sticking out. Every resident has a view of the inside of the wall.
Field noteBalconies scooped into the building rather than out. An architect could, and here one did.
