Field guide No. 692
Ocean filled greenhouse in the desert
Water the plants. All of them.
An ornate glass-and-iron greenhouse stands on bare desert ground, its panes holding back a whole churning blue sea right up to the roof. Whoever planted it overdid the watering.
Field noteAn ocean is bigger than its glasshouse by several coastlines. This one sloshes about indoors, roof to floor.

Storm clouds in a pea podPeas swapped for whole storm clouds, each one larger than any pod could carry, and one rains.
Lunar tempoA night sky is the thing everything else sits inside. Here it sits inside a metronome, on adagio.
Desert sand from brass mailboxesEach box holds a few letters, yet pours out a desert. More comes out than fits in.
Mountain through the needle’s eyeA needle’s eye fits thread. This one fits a mountain range, which is also, somehow, the thread.
