Field guide No. 683
Magnet bending the horizon
The skyline has iron in it.
A red horseshoe magnet stands on a cracked white salt flat, and the horizon beyond it has been drawn up into a gentle peak towards it. The sky, sensibly, is staying where it is.
Field noteHorizons are where the eye runs out, not a thing to pull, and this magnet has pulled one up anyway.
