Field guide No. 556
Frozen curtains at summer's end
Billowing, permanently.
A pink beach hut on the sand has striped curtains blown out over the sea and frozen solid in glass-clear ice mid-flap, icicles dripping from the hems. The breeze stopped and the curtains didn't.
Field noteCurtains drop when the wind does. These froze clear mid-billow, icicles on the hems.
