Field guide No. 435
Black sand spikes in pink brine
Drip castles, oversized.
Tall black spires of wet sand rise out of a pink salt lake, sand still dribbling off them like drip castles the size of trees. Someone very big had a beach day.
Field noteDrip castles are real and stand a hand high. These stand taller than the people who would build them.
Also possible, also breaking scale
A minor adjustmentRead charitably, a stone ball and a good caliper. Read literally, a moon somebody shrank to fit the vice.
Door on a giant keyringKeyrings carry keys sized for pockets. This one carries a full panelled door, which at least is never mislaid.
Office hoursRamps can be any shape you can weld. Staplers are a reasonable one.
Sunday at the staplerPools are rectangles with a ladder, and so, roughly, is a stapler. Lane rules still apply.
