Field guide No. 574
Paper peaks rising from a typewriter
Writing, but in relief.
A black typewriter on a blue desk feeds out a sheet of paper that rises into a white mountain range, ridges and valleys all folded from the page. The first draft is a bit much.
Field noteTypewriters print words on flat paper. This one feeds out a mountain range.
Also possible, also breaking material
Absorbent architectureA wet towel hangs beside brickwork. The building has outsourced maintenance.
Wheelbarrow with an impossible hollow wheelOn a bare ring of a wheel rides a red wheelbarrow. With no hub it should fail; nothing in the picture says it does.
Towel peaksFolded cotton piles as high as you have cotton. The cable car is the ambitious part.
Where the fox wasStone takes prints only over ages. This one took a fox’s nap in detail and kept it.
