Please untangle the northern lights
Caught on the mast.
Over a snowy city at night, the green aurora has snagged on a rooftop radio mast and hangs there tangled round the struts. Reception is excellent, the sky is a mess.
Field noteAuroras are light a hundred kilometres up. This one came low enough, and solid enough, to snag.

Knotical milesSmall boats ride waves; this wave is chunky knit. Wool makes poor weather, comfortably.
Brass seeds in a glass pearAny glassblower and any jeweller could split this commission. Sculpture, not paradox.
Ironing crumpled aluminumFoil can be smoothed, not turned into a mirror-thick plate. The iron added metal somewhere.
